Joint Programme with DDITT, Australia
The Diploma in Dental Implantology is offered at the University of Puthisastra in partnership with the Diploma of Dental Implantology Teaching Team (DDITT), based in Australia. The curriculum was jointly developed by a teaching team holding specialised implant dentistry credentials and international recognition across Australia and Southeast Asia.

Programme Structure
Distance learning is paired with two intensive on-campus teaching blocks, building toward supervised live-case clinical practice.

Semester 1
Distance learning — implant dentistry foundations, treatment planning, case selection.

Teaching Block 1
2-week on-campus block — hands-on simulation, live surgery streaming, mentored case starts.

Semester 2
Distance learning — restorative protocols, complications management, literature review.

Teaching Block 2
2-week on-campus block — advanced techniques, case review, peer mentoring with DDITT faculty.

Semester 3
Final clinical cases, assessment preparation, and submission of the completed case portfolio.

Graduation
Final assessment, case sign-off, and award of the Diploma in Dental Implantology.

Entry Requirements
Who Can Join?
Cambodian registered dentists who meet the following criteria are invited to apply.

Registered Dentist (DDS)
Applicants must hold a recognised DDS qualification and current Cambodian dental registration.

English Proficiency
Strong spoken and written English is required — teaching and materials are delivered in English.

Entry Test & Interview
Shortlisted applicants with a good academic record sit an entry test and panel interview.

Graduation Requirements

Attendance
Full attendance at both on-campus teaching blocks and all assessed sessions.

6 Implant Cases
Completion of a minimum of 6 supervised implant placement and restoration cases.

Satisfactory Assessment
A passing result across all written, clinical, and case-portfolio assessments.

Literature Review
Submission of a completed literature review on an agreed implant dentistry topic.
