• Systematically assure the quality of all academic programs and educational services.
• Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement through structured monitoring and evaluation.
• Engage relevant key stakeholders in the quality assurance processes.
• Align academic, research, and service outputs with national and international benchmarks.
• Promote university’s reputation through local and international accreditations and rankings.

• Develop relevant policies, procedures, and framework to maximize institutional governance, and resource and quality management.
• Conduct regular review and audit on the implementation of relevant policies, procedures, and framework to ensure the effective implementation across all UP faculties and departments.
• Continuously enhance academic standards and learning outcomes by reviewing programs of study to align with national and international standards.
• Foster the culture of continuous improvement by engaging with relevant stakeholders such as faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
• Promote the university’s reputations through the national and international rankings, such as, World University Ranking of Innovation, AppliedHE, Impact Rankings and QS World University Rankings.
• Expand the accreditation to regional level (AUN) while maintaining national one (ACC).
• Foster quality assurance capacities of all academic and support units.
• Promote research quality, integrity, and societal relevance.
